Jacqueline Fernandez grew up in Bahrain, Manama. She is Sri Lankan and comes from a multiethnic background. Her father, Elroy Fernandez is a Sri Lankan. She was the host of the program Lanka Business Report which focused on business in Sri Lanka. Padukone has a daughter with badminton star Prakash Padukone. She was born in Bangalore and was born in Copenhagen. When she was a teenager, she played badminton in the national championships, but she ended her professional career to pursue a career as a model. Padukone was born in Mangalore, India. Her native language Konkani is where she comes from. Her family tree is rooted in Padukone village in Kundapura Taluk in the Udupi District in the State of Karnataka, India. Prakash Padukone was a badminton legend before retiring in the late 1980s. The mother of her daughter, who worked for a travel agency, also hails from this village.
